With the popularity of bigger tires in the bmx community the subject of clearance has become a must. Frames are allowing more room for these tires but with certain cranks you just can’t get the proper install to compensate for the new frame geometry. Madera and Profile might have resolved some of these issues by making a 6″ spindle to provide you just a little more clearance.
